Caipiroska

Ingredients:

• 1 lime
• 2 tsp golden granulated sugar
• 50 ml European Standard Vodka
• crushed ice

Method:

1. Cut the lime into small pieces and place them in a sturdy tumbler with the sugar.
2. Crush the lime with a muddler to release the juice and dissolve the sugar.
3. Fill the glass with crushed ice, pour over the vodka and stir well.
