Caipiroska

Ingredients:

• 1 lime
• 2 tsp golden granulated sugar
• 50ml European Standard Vodka
• crushed ice

Method:

Cut the lime into small chunks, then put it into the bottom of a sturdy tumbler and add the golden granulated sugar. Crush really well with a muddler. Top up the tumbler with crushed ice, then add the vodka. Stir well to mix all the ingredients together, and serve.
