Cranberry vodka

Cranberry Vodka

Ingredients:

50ml European Standard Vodka
100ml cranberry juice
50ml grapefruit juice
ice
thin slice of lime (for garnish)

Method:

Half-fill a tall glass with ice then pour in the vodka, cranberry juice and grapefruit juice. Stir gently until the outside of the glass feels cold, then garnish with the lime slice.

Lemon Drop Martini

Ingredients:

1 tbsp white caster sugar
zest of ½ a lemon
50ml European Standard Vodka
25ml triple sec
25ml lemon juice

Method:

Chill a martini glass in the fridge. Mix sugar with lemon zest. Shake vodka, triple sec, lemon juice, and ice until cold. Dip the chilled glass rim in water, coat with the sugar-zest mix, and strain the cocktail into the glass.

Espresso Amaretto Martini

Ingredients:

50ml freshly brewed espresso
100ml European Standard Vodka
50ml amaretto
1 tbsp sugar syrup

Method:

Put two martini glasses in the fridge to chill. Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake until it feels icy cold in your hand. Strain into the chilled glasses to serve.

Caipiroska

Ingredients:

1 lime
2 tsp golden granulated sugar
50ml European Standard Vodka
crushed ice

Method:

Cut the lime into small chunks, then put it into the bottom of a sturdy tumbler and add the golden granulated sugar. Crush really well with a muddler. Top up the tumbler with crushed ice, then add the vodka. Stir well to mix all the ingredients together, and serve.
