This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we process when you visit www.wetracorp.com or contact us, why we process it, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which applies in Liechtenstein as a member of the European Economic Area.

2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by an external hosting provider in the European Union. When you visit the website, your browser automatically sends information to the server, which is stored in server log files. This includes:

IP address of the requesting device
Date and time of the request
Page or file requested
Referring website (if any)
Browser type and version, and operating system

Purpose: to deliver the website to your device, to ensure its stability and security, and to detect and prevent misuse.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure and working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention: log files are deleted after a short period, unless they are needed to investigate a specific security incident.

We have concluded a data processing agreement with our hosting provider in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

3. Cookies

We only use cookies that are strictly necessary for the website to function. We do not use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking. Details are set out in our Cookies Policy.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in providing a working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No consent is required for strictly necessary cookies.

4. Web fonts

To display fonts consistently, this website loads fonts from Bunny Fonts, a service of BunnyWay d.o.o., Cesta komandanta Staneta 4A, 1215 Medvode, Slovenia. When a page is loaded, your browser connects to Bunny's servers in the EU, which necessarily transmits your IP address. According to the provider, no cookies are set and no IP addresses are logged or used for tracking.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a consistent and appealing presentation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Contact form and email

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide: your name, email address, the subject (optional) and the content of your message. Before sending the form, you confirm that you have read this Privacy Policy.

Purpose: to handle and respond to your enquiry.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, if your enquiry relates to a contract or to steps before entering into a contract (for example, a business or distribution enquiry); otherwise our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention: we delete your data once your enquiry has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations (for example, under commercial or tax law) require us to keep it longer.

Providing your data is voluntary. However, we cannot respond to your enquiry without a way to contact you.

6. Business contacts

If you contact us as a representative of a business partner, customer, supplier or distributor, we process your business contact details and correspondence to manage the business relationship.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract or pre-contractual steps) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in maintaining business relationships).

7. Recipients of your data

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it where necessary:

with our hosting and IT service providers, who process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR);
between Wetracorp AG and Wetracorp GmbH, where this is necessary to handle your enquiry or business relationship;
with public authorities, where we are legally obliged to do so.

8. Transfers outside the EEA

We do not intend to transfer your personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area. If a transfer becomes necessary, it will only take place where the European Commission has issued an adequacy decision or where appropriate safeguards, such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses, are in place.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): where we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you have the right to object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then stop processing your data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, or the processing is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

10. Right to lodge a complaint

11. Automated decision-making

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.

12. Data security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. This website uses SSL/TLS encryption, which you can recognise by "https://" in your browser's address bar.

13. Age restriction

This website presents alcoholic beverages and is intended only for adults of legal drinking age in their country of residence. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

14. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our website, our services or the law change. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
